目的比较研究气虚证与热证模型大鼠鼻咽组织cDNA阵列A区基因表达谱特征及其对治疗的反应性.方法采用药物加疲劳法和热性中药灌胃法分别制作大鼠气虚证和热证模型,并分组予针对性治疗.分别取实验动物鼻咽组织AtlasTMcDNA阵列法检测各组动物鼻咽上皮细胞基因组A区基因表达谱特征,分析其变化模式.结果气虚证模型动物表现c-jun、c-kit原癌基因表达下调,前胸腺素a和钙结合蛋白2基因表达上调;治疗一周后,表达上调的2基因活性恢复正常,但表达下调的2基因活性仍维持低表达状态.热证模型动物表达下调之基因同气虚证者,但表达活性上调者为绒毛蛋白、前胸腺素a、含铜锌超氧化物歧化酶1、热休克蛋白27和70基...

Objective To comparatively investigate the features of gene expression profiling in nasopharyngeal tissues on A area of Atlas?cDNA array between rats with Qi deficiency pattern and heat pattern respectively. Methods Qi deficiency pattern was induced with Senna leaf decoction perfused gastrically and supplemented by forced swimming in deep pool, and heat pattern was induced with the decoction made from heat herbs perfusing gastrically, all being prepared among rats.
