目的 观察鼻敏片对实验性变应性鼻炎的疗效及可能的药理机制.方法 50只Wistar大鼠,随机分为健康组、模型组、鼻敏片低剂量组、鼻敏片高剂量组.采用卵清蛋白制备变应性鼻炎模型,分别应用不同剂量鼻敏片及对照品进行处理,比较观察处理前后鼻部症状评分结果、鼻分泌物涂片和血涂片嗜酸性粒细胞计数结果,并取鼻黏膜进行免疫组化染色,分析比较各组鼻黏膜组织中P物质(Substancep,SP)和NGF(神经性因子,Nerve gracth factor,NGF)的表达活性差异.结果 鼻敏片处理组大鼠鼻部症状减轻,P物质和NGF含量降低,症状表现与P物质和NGF含量变化呈正相关.结论 P物质、NGF含量的异常变化是变应性鼻炎发病的重要因素.通...
