目的 观察大鼠体质表象在遗传体质模型中的演变趋势.方法 按照"自然筛选-药物强化-同种体质交配传代"的方法建立寒、热、常体的体质模型,记录亲代至子4代SD大鼠遗传过程的体质表象演变情况,分析体质表象在体质遗传过程中的变化趋势及其规律.结果 寒体组大鼠逐代出现体质表象的趋寒性改变,热体组大鼠逐代出现体质表象的趋热性改变,而常体组大鼠的体质表象异常变化并不明显.结论 在动物的逐代垂直遗传过程中,不同性质的体质表象能够得到进一步的遗传强化而更趋向于典型.这一遗传规律,对先天禀赋与体质遗传的相关性研究具有重要意义.

Objective To investigate the evolving tendency of constitutional representations in the hereditary constitutional pattern model prepared with SD rats based on an experimental study.
