目的 研究鼻咽癌及鼻咽癌前病变患者鼻咽组织标本基因组稳定与修复基因的表达活性特征.方法 在鼻咽癌高发区中山市,筛选鼻咽炎、鼻咽癌前病变及鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,获取鼻咽黏膜组织,应用基因组稳定和修复功能分类基因芯片(128个基因)检测相关基因表达活性,以2倍活性表达差异为比较评判标准,并以实时荧光定量PCR技术对相关基因表达活性水平进行验证.结果 相比于鼻咽炎组,鼻咽癌前病变组织表达活性上调基因有22个,活性下调基因20个;鼻咽癌组织表达活性上调基因20个,活性下调基因18个.相比于鼻咽癌前病变者,鼻咽癌组织表达活性上调基因有24个,下调基因24个.乳腺癌易感基因2、Ku70结合蛋白3基因...

Objective To investigate the expressive characteristics of genes related to genome stability and DNA repair capacity in the local tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） and nasopharyngeal precancerous lesion （NPPL）.
