通过对清醒家兔心电图,离体豚鼠心脏灌流,及麻醉大白鼠心律的实验观察,发现10％与30％黄花倒水莲(PAD)能抗垂体后叶素引起的家兔急性心肌缺血,能增加离体豚鼠心脏的冠脉流量;60％与90％PAD能使BaCl_2引起大鼠室性心律失常恢复至正常窦性心律;而90％PAD对豚鼠离体心脏呈抑制作用。

Studying on ECG in conscious rabbits, on the blood transfusion qantity of coronary artery in the isolated heart of guinea pigs, on the cardiac arrhythmia in anaesthetic rats, the results show that a dosaege of 10% and 30% Polygala au- reocauda Dunn(PAD) can ameliorate the acute myocardial ischemia of rabbits caused by Hypophysine and improve the blood transfusion quantity of coronary artery in the isolated heart of guinea pigs, and that a dosage of 60% and 90% PAD can change the cardiac arrhythmia of rats, caused by BaCl_2, back to nor...
