观察九气拈痛胶囊及九气拈痛丸对１６０例气滞血瘀型痛经的临床疗效，发现三个月经周期的总显效率、总有效率分别为６９％、９６％，４５％、９１％。总显效率及总有效率治疗组优于对照组，经统计学处理有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两种剂型药物均能明显缓解气滞血瘀型痛经的疼痛及相关症状，但胶囊组在对症状积分和疼痛及月经失调等方面疗效不同程度优于对照药，并且具有见效快的特点，全部观察对象中没有发现不良反应。
