The aim is to explore the mechanism of Huanxuening Decoction which is based on the method of tonifying Qi to resolve blood stasis for treating endometrorrhagia caused by IUD. In contrast with indomethacin,we investigated the effects of Huanxuening Decoction on the content of zinc in uterine tissue and peripheral blood serum of Cu IUD wearing rabbits.
