ObjectiveTo investigate the dynamic effects of acupuncture on nucleus in spinal neuron of rabbits with incomplete paraplegia and its significance in the repairs to the injured spinal cord. Methods The rabbits with incomplete paraplegia were treated with puncturing Dumai（督脉） and stimulating the nerve trunk.
