目的 观察还少丹对老年大鼠血脂及体质量的影响。方法 将老年大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、药物组，拟用高脂饲料喂养（2％胆固醇、8％猪油、90％基础饲料）80d后分别检测血脂及各组体质量的变化。结果 ①与模型组比较，药物组能降低血脂中总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）的含量。升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）的含量，分别具有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。②与模型组比较，药物组体质量下降，具有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论 还少丹对老年大鼠具有调节血脂和减肥作用，抑制动脉硬化发生。

Objective To observe the effect of Huanshaodan on the blood lipid and body weight in aged rats. Methods The aged rats were divided into 3 groups in random as follows： the control, model and the drug-treated group. The blood lipid was detected and the changes of body weight analyzed after 80 days.
