目的 优选壳聚糖用于驴胶补血颗粒的絮凝工艺条件,改进驴胶补血颗粒纯化工艺.方法 在对壳聚糖加入量、药液浓度、pH值、温度、搅拌等进行单因素考察后,采用正交试验设计考察壳聚糖加入量、药液浓度、药液pH值3个因素对絮凝工艺的影响.结果 驴胶补血颗粒絮凝工艺的优化条件为:壳聚糖溶液加入量0.6 mL/g,药液浓度1:5,pH 6,温度70℃,搅拌速度350 r/min,搅拌时间5 min.结论 壳聚糖的絮凝工艺可用于驴胶补血颗粒的工艺改进.

Objective To study the flocculation process with chitosan for Lujiao Buxue Granules. Methods On the basis of the one-factor investigation such as the dosage of chitosan, the concentration and pH of the extracting solution, temperature and whisking etc, the orthogo- nal design was selected to measure the effects on the chitosan dosage, the extracting solution concentration and extracting solution pH.
