目的 探讨-β环糊精包合白术、肉豆蔻挥发油的最佳工艺。方法 采用L9（3^4）正交实验法优选包合工艺,再以挥发油包合率为评价指标。结果 优选出包合工艺条件为：β-环糊精∶挥发油6：0.5,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为3 h。结论 按上述工艺条件包合白术、肉豆蔻混合挥发油有利于挥发油的稳定,便于制剂。

Objective To specify optimize process of wrapping volatile oil from white atractylodes bhizolne and myristica fragrans. Methods The L9 （3^4）orthogonal test was used to select the wrapping process; and the utilization ratio of the oil was used as evaluating targets in the test.
