目的 现察咳喘宁对哮喘豚鼠嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的调节作用,阐明其防治哮喘的作用机制.方法 用卵清蛋白复制豚鼠哮喘模型,以地塞米松为阳性对照药,现察咳喘宁干预后血中和肺泡灌洗液中EOS的改变情况.结果 咳喘宁能有效降低哮喘琢鼠血和肺泡灌洗液中EOS的数量,与模型组相比羔异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 咳喘宁能降低哮喘豚鼠血中和肺泡灌洗液中EOS水平.

Objective To observe the effect of Kechuanning（KCN） on regulating the level of EOS in asthma guinea pigs and study the mechanism of prevention and treatment.Methods The pig models were induced by aerosolized ovalbvmin,and compared with dexamethasone,the effects of KCN were measured on changes of EOS in serum and in bronchoalveolar lavage（BALF）.Results The contents of EOS in serum and BALF were marked decreased compared with MG（P〈0.05）,and dexamethasone was more effective to decrease the serum EOS than KCN was,but there was no significant（P﹥0.05）.Con...
