目的 探讨龙血竭外用对糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡Smads(drosophila mothers against decapentaplegic protein)蛋白表达的影响.方法 建立糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡模型,以胰岛素为对照药,随机分为龙血竭组、胰岛素组、模型组、正常组.龙血竭组予以龙血蝎胶囊内容物外用于创面,每天换药1次,连续用药14 d;胰岛素组予以胰岛素稀释液外用于创面,每天换药1次,连续用药14 d;模型组、正常组大鼠将创伤面暴露于外,不作任何处理.检测各组大鼠Smads蛋白表达水平.结果 模型组Smad3、Smad4的表达水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To investigate the effect of Dracaena on expression of Smads protein in skin ulcers in diabetic rats.Methods The models of the skin ulcers model in diabetic rats were induced and Insulin was used as the control drug,all the rats were randomly divided into the Dracaena group,Insulin group,model group and normal group.In Dracaena group,the contents of Dracaena capsule was used outside the wound dressing,in Insulin group,the Insulin diluent used to the wound dressing,one time a day,continuous medication 14 days in both groups;in the norm...
