目的初步了解昆明市部分社区高血压及其合并心力衰竭人群的中医体质类型分布状况,探讨中医体质与高血压合并心力衰竭发病的相关性。方法采用标准化的9种中医体质量表对高血压合并心力衰竭人群进行横断面现状调查。结果所有调查414例有效问卷中,高血压人群376例,正常对照组38例。其中高血压人群平和质117例,单纯偏颇体质86例,兼夹偏颇体质173例。所有人群气虚质频次最多,且正常血压、高血压及高血压合并心力衰
