目的 观察冠心消斑胶囊对冠心病心绞痛合并高脂血症的临床疗效.方法 将62例患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组32例.治疗组服用冠心消斑胶囊治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,疗程均为8用.观察两组治疗前后心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油停减情况、血脂疗效及不良反应.结果 两组疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Guanxin Xiaoban capsule on coronary heart disease with angina and hyperlipidemia. Methods 62 patients were divided randomly into control group （30 patients） and treatment group （32 patients）. The patients were given Guanxin Xiaoban capsule in treatment group and given normal treatment of western medicine in control group, 8 weeks one treatment course.
