The influence of Qianjintablet to mouse＇s Caspase-3 expression of uterus/ovary/uterine tube with pelvic inflammatory disease

目的 探讨妇科千金片治疗急性盆腔炎的作用机制.方法 选用雌性Wistar大鼠,行子宫内接种混合菌液造急性盆腔炎模型.连模成功后将实验大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组,药物治疗后,取大鼠子宫、输卵管、卵巢等组织,采用免疫组化方法观察大鼠子宫、输卵管、卵巢等组织半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)的表达.结果 与空白组、假手术组比较,模型组大鼠子宫、卵巢、输卵管组织caspase3灰度值均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；与模型组比较,妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组大鼠子宫、卵巢、输卵管组织中Casp...

Objective To research the mechanism of Qianjintablet to treat pelvic inflammatory disease.
