Comparison of exoteric dissolution of ultra-micro slice and fine granule of Dendrobium Officinale

目的对铁皮石斛的超微饮片和细粉颗粒体外溶出进行考察。方法浆状搅拌法,用紫外-分光光度法测定铁皮石斛超微饮片与细粉颗粒中多糖及酚类的溶出量和溶出速度。结果铁皮石斛超微饮片多糖的T50、Td分别为33.76、43.64 min,酚类的T50、Td分别为27.11、37.76 min;而细粉颗粒多糖的T50、Td分别为41.26、54.46 min,酚类的T50、Td分别为33.84、47.02 min。结论超微粉碎能促进铁皮石斛中多糖及酚类的体外溶出,超微粉碎技术应用于铁皮石斛具有可行性和必要性。

Objective To investigate the exoteric dissolution of polysaccharide and polyphenols from ultra-micro slice and fine granule of Dendrobium Officinale.Methods The dissolution amount and the dissolution rate of polysaccharide and polyphenols from ultra-micro piece and fine granule of Dendrobium Officinale were detected by paddle method and UV.Results The T50,Td of polysaccharide from ultra-micro slieces were 33.76 min and 43.64 min,polyphenols were 27.11 min and 37.76 min;while the T50,Td of polysaccharide from fine granule were 41.26 min and 54.46 min,and polyphenols were 33.84 min and 47.02 min...
