《傅青主女科·调经篇》关于"年未老经水断"发病特点与现代医学中卵巢早衰的临床特点一致,其治疗"年未老经水断"的益经汤是治疗卵巢早衰理、法、方、药完备的有效方剂。在此基础上,研究傅青主对"年未老经水断"的辨证施治,分析其病因病机和治疗用药,归纳出从心、肝、脾、肾进行论治,尤以治肾虚为本,是中医学治疗卵巢早衰的基本辨治思路。
