目的 探讨前癃通胶囊含药血浆对体外培养前列腺间质细胞增殖和凋亡的影响,为中药复方治疗前列腺增生（BPH）提供实验理论依据.方法 按随机原则对入选患者进行实验分组,制备低、中、高剂量前癃通含药血浆,当细胞接近长成单层后进行免疫荧光检测间质细胞鉴定,加含药血浆后培养0、24、48、72 h 再分别进行[3-（4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide,MTT 法3-（4,5-二甲基噻唑-2）-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐]检测,培养到24 h 进行流式细胞分析法检测（Flow Cytometry,FCM）.结果 MTT 法检测,不同剂量含药血浆作用于前列腺间质细胞以后,24 h时高剂量组与各组比较差异均有显著统计...

Objective To investigate the effects of plasma containing Qianlongtong capsule on the proliferation and apoptosis of prostate stromal cell and provide experimental theoretical basis for Chinese Herbal compounds treating benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.
