目的观察紫英颗粒对盆腔炎的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法机械损伤加三种菌混合感染方法制备大鼠盆腔炎模型,模型成立后分组给药。口服紫英颗粒治疗并设对照。观察子宫肿胀程度及组织中白介素-6（IL-6）水平,并进行子宫组织病理学分析。结果紫英颗粒可明显减轻造模动物子宫的肿胀程度,并降低组织中的IL-6水平。形态学显示子宫组织的上皮细胞变性、坏死和炎性细胞浸润程度减轻。作用随剂量加大有所增强。结论紫英颗粒对慢性盆腔炎有较好的治疗作用,降低子宫组织中IL-6的表达有可能是其作用机制之一。

Objective To observe the effects of Ziying granule on pelvic inflammatory disease inflammation,and explore its mechanism.Methods The rat model was induced by mechanical damage and three kinds of bacteria mixed infection;each group was fed with the drug after models were established.Ziying granule was taken orally and the control group was set.The effects of Ziying granule on endometrial inflammation degree and IL-6 level in tissue were observed,and pathology analysis was made for uterine tissues.Results Ziying granule could significantly alleviate the swelling of uterus in modeling animals and...
