尤昭玲教授临证潜心研究卵泡发育异常多年,创新性地运用中医药进行辨卵调泡助孕,治疗不孕症疗效显著.在分析卵泡发育的时空特征、肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴对排卵的时空调控机制及病因病机的基础上,总结老师应用时空观对卵泡发育异常的辨治经验:(1)择期治疗、标本兼治； (2)整体辨治、协调泡膜； (3)择时综合治疗、乐育助孕.为卵泡发育异常提出了病、症、期、时相结合的整体诊治新思路.
