Observation on Indexes Related the Evolution Process of Diabetic Gastroparalysis Rat Models

目的 观察糖尿病胃轻瘫(Diabetic Gastroparesis DGP)大鼠模型衍变过程中相关指标的变化.方法 将造模组大鼠按55 mg/kg单次腹腔注射2％链脲佐菌素(STZ)配合高糖高脂饲料不规则喂养8周建立DGP模型,检测血糖、尿糖变化;以酚红为标记物测胃排空率及小肠推进率;每周观察并记录体质量、24h饮水量、食量、尿量;以自制评分表评定一般症状情况.结果 与空白组比较,STZ造模组大鼠血糖、尿糖值显著升高(P＜0.01),胃排空率及小肠推进率明显降低(P＜0.01);由食量、饮水量、尿量增多,体质量减轻逐渐变为饮水量、尿量增多,体质量、食量减少并伴有精神、行动、皮毛、大便性状明显改变.结论 以2％STZ的55 mg/kg联...

Objective To observe the variation of basic indicators in the evolvement process of diabetic gastroparesis （DGP） rat models. Methods According to the result of preliminary experiment.
