＂烦躁＂是《伤寒论》中常见的症状,《伤寒论》所述＂烦躁＂一症按太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六经进行分类,对不能归属六经的＂烦躁＂,则按六经变证归类。在证治上,六经的＂烦躁＂往往兼有本证的特点,而六经变证的＂烦躁＂则需分清寒热虚实进行辨证论治。在预后和转归上,若正盛邪退之＂烦躁＂是正能胜邪之佳兆;若邪盛正衰而见＂烦躁＂则预示着危重证。

＂Dysphoria＂ is one of the common symptoms in ＂treatise on febrile diseases＂. The ＂dysphoria＂ in ＂treatise on febrile diseases＂ was classified by six meridians： Taiyang, Yangming, Taiyin, Shaoyin and Jueyin. The ＂dysphoria＂ which could not be concluded by six meridians, was classified by six-channel differentiation. The symptoms of the ＂dysphoria＂ of six-channel diseases also have characteristics of fundamental symptom, while six-channel diseases should be identified as cold and heat, deficiency and excess, then their treatment base...
