目的 观察中药丹龙止痒颗粒治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效. 方法 将60例慢性湿疹患者随机分为丹龙止痒颗粒治疗组及西药抗组胺药对照组,观察治疗前后患者临床证候积分,判断其近期临床疗效;随访患者治疗后3个月内的复发情况,判断其远期临床疗效.结果 疗程结束后,治疗组的总有效率为93.0%,对照组为77.0%,两组比较具有统计学差异(P

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danlong Zhiyang Granules in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into the Danlong Zhiyang Granule therapy group and antiallergics control group. The Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores before and after treatment was observed for evaluating the short-term clinical efficacy. The recurrence of patients in 3 months after treatment were recorded for evaluating the long-term therapeutic effect.
