[摘要]目的观察艾灸对幽门螺杆菌胃炎模型大鼠胃黏膜组织形态学变化、血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、Hp—IgG、CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋的影响，探讨艾灸干预HP胃炎胃粘膜损伤的机制。方法40只SD大鼠随机分为4组，每组10只，即A组（空白组）、B组（Hp胃炎模型组）、C组（艾灸＋模型组）、D组（电针＋模型组）。除A组外其余各组大鼠均以NaHCO：消炎痛＋Hp灌胃造模。各组经相应的干预后，HE染色光镜下观察大鼠胃黏膜组织形态学变化，Elisa法测定血清中IL-6、IL-8、TNF—α、Hp—IgG的含量，流式细胞术测CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、CD4^＋，CD8^＋值。结果与A组相比，B组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF—α、Hp—...
