目的 探讨眩晕定颗粒对家兔气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕模型前庭神经核区Bax、Bcl-2及脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)表达的影响. 方法 建立气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕家兔模型,以西比灵为西药对照,眩晕宁为中药对照,免疫组化法测定前庭神经核区Bax、Bcl-2和BDNF表达. 结果 造模后模型组家兔脑干前庭神经核Bcl-2 及BDNF表达显著下降,Bax 表达上调,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuanyunding Granules on the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and BDNF in PCIV model rabbits with the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis (QDBS). Methods The PCIV model rabbits with QDBS were prepared,Sibelium as the control of Western medicine and Xuanyunning as the control of Chinese medicine. The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and BDNF was tested by immuohistochemisty. Results After the modeling, the contents of Bcl-2 and BDNF were lower obviously, and the expression of Bax was higher, the difference has statistical significance (P
