Effects of Yuxianling and its Modified Decoction on the Expressions of TLR4 and MyD88 in the PTZ-induced Epileptic Rats

目的：探讨愈痫灵方及其加味方对痫性大鼠海马组织中 TOLL 样受体4（ toll-like receptor4， TLR4）与髓样分化蛋白D88（ myeloid differentiation factor 88， MyD88）的影响。方法取健康雄性 SD 大鼠130只，从中随机选取10只作为正常对照组；选取10只作为假手术组，腹腔注射生理盐水；其余大鼠用戊四氮造模，将符合模型标准的大鼠随机分为模型组、丙戊酸钠组、愈痫灵方组、愈痫灵加银花组，每组10只。灌胃后断头取脑，采用逆转录荧光实时定量聚合酶链反应（ reverse transcription PCR ， RT-PCR ）检测各组大鼠海马中 TLR4 mRNA 的表达，免疫组化法检测各组大鼠海马中 CA3区MyD88蛋白的表达。...
