科技期刊的数字出版已是大势所趋,成为科技期刊自我发展和革新的必然路径。科技期刊的数字出版,体现着其意识形态功用、编辑出版主体的规范与德行以及各种利益关系的处理,有着深刻的伦理内涵。当前,因新媒体带来泛自由化和娱乐化、互动性与即时性、虚拟化和利益化,科技期刊数字出版面临着内容弱化、主体迷失、道德意识和价值导向的消解等伦理困境。因此,必须强化主体德性建构、明确出版价值内容、规范出版利益共享,建立健全科技期刊数字出版伦理导向。

The digital publicatioan is the general trend of science journals, which is an inevitable way of self-development and innovation of science journals. The digital publications of science journals show deep ethical connotation reflecting the function of ideology, standard and virtue of the subject of editing and publishing, and the dealing with kinds of interest relationship.
