The Extraction and β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Process Optimization of Essential Oil from Radix Aucklandiae in Yangbiyu-Zhitong Tablets

目的 优选疡必愈止痛片中木香挥发油的提取工艺及β-环糊精（β-CD）包合物的制备工艺.方法 以木香提油量为指标,用正交设计方法优选出木香挥发油的提取工艺;以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率、油转移率为指标,比较饱和水溶液法与研磨法;采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法对研磨法包合工艺条件进行优化.结果 木香挥发油的最佳提取工艺为粉碎过60目筛,加4倍量水,提取6 h;研磨法优于饱和水溶液法,最佳包合工艺条件为β-CD（g）与挥发油（1 mL）投料比为10：1,加水量3.6倍,研磨时间1 h.结论 优选的提取和包合工艺操作方便、合理稳定,具有可行性.

Obiective To optimize the extraction process and β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of essential oil from of Radix Aucklandiae in Yangbiyu-Zhitong Tablets. Methods The Radix Aucklandiae oil extraction quantity as an index, the extraction process was optimized by using orthogonal design method.
