Process Parameters of Ceramic Membrane Separation Technique for Purification of Ancient Han Health-keeping Extract

目的 采用陶瓷膜分离技术优化古汉养生精提取液的分离精制工艺，降低生产成本，提高提取液的澄清度。方法 对陶瓷膜孔径、药液浓度、温度进行考察，以淫羊藿苷转移率、多糖及蛋白质去除率、浸膏得率为评价指标，通过正交实验优化古汉养生精提取液的纯化工艺。结果 古汉养生精提取液陶瓷膜分离的最佳工艺参数为膜孔径500 nm、料液比1∶15、温度25℃。在此优化条件下古汉养生精的淫羊藿苷平均转移率为（92.4±0.6）%，RSD 1.15%；多糖平均去除率（70.4±0.7）%，RSD 1.26%；蛋白平均去除率（23.5±0.2）%，RSD 1.30%；浸膏平均得率（17.6±0.2）%，RSD 1.50%；综合评分0.1837。结论 采用陶瓷膜技术...
