目的 观察固定局部取穴(百会)分别配伍循经(本经、他经、非经)选穴针刺治疗对失眠大鼠生物褪黑素(MT)含量的影响,探索循经选穴对腧穴配伍效应的影响.方法 将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、本经穴组(百会+神门组)、他经穴组(百会+三阴交组)、非经非穴组(百会+非经非穴组),每组12只,用腹腔注射对氯苯丙氨酸法(PCPA,500 mg/kg)2 d建立失眠模型,针刺治疗7 d,用ELISA法检测下丘脑腹外侧视前区(VLPO)、视交叉上核(SCN)与血浆中的MT含量.结果 与空白组比较,模型组MT含量均降低(P
