Investigation of Cognitive Situation on Medical Graduate Students of a University in Hunan Province about Medical and Educational Cooperation to Promote the Reform and Development of Medical Education

目的了解医类研究生对《关于深化医教协同进一步推进医学教育改革与发展的意见》（以下简称《意见》）认知情况。方法采取书面问卷的方式,对医类研究生进行问卷调查,通过问道网进行统计分析。结果调查发现,医类研究生虽对《意见》的内容有一定程度的了解,但了解很不深入。在职业选择上,服务基层意愿不强。结论学校和医疗机构应加大对《意见》宣传、教育、研究的力度,积极引导医学生投身医教协同推进医学教育改革发展的伟大实践;政府应加强宏观协调,落实好各项政策措施,提高政策公信力;国家和社会应大力激励医学人才到基层就业。

Objective To know the cognition situation of graduate students on The opinions about deepening the medical and educational cooperation to promote the reform and development of medical education. Methods Questionnaire survey of medica students was adopted in written form. The data were performed a statistical analysis by askformcn.
