为提高特色专业建设水平,本文从人才培养方案的凝练、课程体系与教学内容的构建、教材的编撰及教学方法与手段改革、师资队伍培养与教学水平的提升、专业技能训练及科研素质培养几方面探索了湖南中医药大学药物制剂专业人才培养的特色与优势:培养高素质、高技能、应用性强、综合性强、理论联系实际的复合型、创新型药物制剂专业人才,以适应社会经济发展对药物制剂专业人才的需求。
