目的 探讨黄芪虫藤饮对类风湿关节炎大鼠关节滑膜细胞增殖的影响.方法 无菌条件下分离正常大鼠和类风湿关节炎(RA)模型大鼠关节滑膜组织,制成单个滑膜细胞,流式细胞术鉴定后,取培养第三代的关节滑膜细胞进行药物干预,用MTT法测定药物对细胞增殖抑制作用;用流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡率以及细胞周期.结果 正常组大鼠关节滑膜细胞增长率与RA空白组(0.00 mg/L)比较,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To study the effect of Huangqi Chongteng drink on the proliferation of synovial cells in rats with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The synovial cells of normal rats and RA model rats were isolated under aseptic condition to prepare single synovial cells.Flow cytometry was used to identify the third synovial synoviocytes.The inhibitory effect of the drug on cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay.The apoptotic rate and cell cycle were measured by flow cytometry.Results The growth rate of synovial cells in the normal group was significantly higher than that in the blank group(0.00 mg...
