目的 观察盆炎丸对解脲支原体（ureaplasma urealyticum,UU）感染小鼠组织形态学的影响，初步探讨盆炎丸对UU感染的治疗机制。方法 采用皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇，阴道接种解脲支原体标准菌株的方法，制备UU感染小鼠模型，造模组造模成功后随机分为中药组、西药组、模型组，另设空白组，前2组分别予以盆炎丸、克拉霉素，后2组予以等容量生理盐水灌胃，连续2周后观察小鼠一般情况、生殖器外观及镜下阴道、宫颈组织形态学及图像分析炎症细胞比例。结果 模型组小鼠一般情况欠佳，外阴溃烂明显，溃烂面积大，阴道分泌物明显增加；中药组、西药组小鼠一般情况可，阴道分泌物增加，外阴红肿，部分可见溃烂...

Objective To observe the effect of Penyan Pill on genital histomorphology in mice infected with Ureaplasma urealyticum （UU）, and to preliminarily investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Penyan Pill on UU infection.
