目的 观察穴位按摩结合口腔感觉促进技术治疗脑瘫患儿吞咽障碍的临床疗效.方法 将62例脑瘫患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,每组31例.对照组采用常规吞咽治疗和口腔感觉促进技术治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予口面部穴位按摩刺激.治疗前后,分别采用吞咽障碍调查问卷(dysphagia disorders survey,DDS)、口运动评分和体质量测量比较治疗效果.结果观察组总有效率为90.32％,显著高于对照组的64.51％(P
