Effect of Acupuncture Pretreatment on Levels of EGF, TGF-α, and TFF3 in Rats with Acute Gastric Mucosal Injury

目的 观察针刺预处理中脘、足三里穴对急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃组织中表皮生长因子 (EGF) 、转化生长因子-α (TGF-α) 及胃黏膜中三叶因子家族-3 (TFF3) 的影响.方法 将32只健康SD大鼠随机分为4组, 即空白组、模型组、针刺组、针刺非穴组.针刺预处理8 d采用无水乙醇灌胃的方法制备急性胃黏膜损伤模型.光镜下观察大鼠胃黏膜病理组织形态变化, 免疫组化法测定胃黏膜组织中EGF、TGF-α及TFF3的含量.结果 与空白组相比, 模型组大鼠中胃黏膜损伤指数、EGF、TGF-α及TFF3的表达增强 (P＜0.01);与模型组、针刺非穴组相比, 针刺穴位组TGF-α、EGF的表达升高 (P＜0.01), 而TFF3、胃黏膜损伤指数降低 (P＜0....
