目的 观察针刺综合疗法联合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍的临床疗效.方法 选取2016年5月至2017年10月在湘雅博爱康复医院儿童康复中心治疗的78例小儿脑性瘫痪患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组39例.对照组采取功能训练方法,观察组在对照组的基础上进行针刺综合疗法(头针+体针治疗),两组患儿均治疗3个月后进行疗效评价(功能总疗效、儿童独立运动功能及粗大运动功能评定).结果 治疗3个月后观察组总有效率为84.6%,显著高于对照组的64.1%(P

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with motor function training in the treatment of motor dysfunction of cerebral palsy in children.
