目的 通过核算分析湖南省医疗卫生机构中草药费用规模及分布,摸清湖南省中草药利用现状及问题.方法 收集2015-2017年卫生统计数据进行中草药费用规模测算及机构流向分析,通过分层多阶段抽样获取241家医疗卫生机构门诊、住院数据分析中草药受益人群情况.结果 2015-2017年,发生在湖南省医疗卫生机构内的中草药费用分别为27.94亿元、29.87亿元、34.88亿元,占总药品费用比重均不到10％;中草药费用主要流向中医医院和基层医疗机构;从受益人群看,中草药主要用于老年人群及慢性疾病人群的治疗.结论 湖南省中草药费用规模较小且增速慢,中医文化氛围培育有待加强;中医类医院药品费用中中草药占比低,西化问...
