目的 从循证角度系统评价中药离子导入合针灸治疗脑卒中肩手综合征的临床疗效.方法 检索维普、万方、CNKI中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Science Direct等数据库,并手工翻检湖南中医药大学图书馆期刊,搜索有关中药离子导入合针灸治疗脑卒中肩手综合征临床疗效的随机对照文献,进行数据提取,并采用RevMan 5.3软件分析.结果 结果共纳入7项研究,涉及肩手综合征患者504人,Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,中药离子导入配合针灸能够提高22％的临床总有效率[RR=1.22,95％CI(1.11,1.35),Z=3.94,P
