Research on the Value of Strengthening Medical Dispute Prevention Education for Medical Students from the Perspective of Graduates’Volunteer Service

在高校开展医疗纠纷防范教育,是将医疗纠纷防范关口前移的重要手段,而志愿服务是引导学生参与社会实践、服务社会的重要途径,加强两者的协同有利于提升医学生医疗纠纷防范能力,其价值主要体现在以下3个方面:医疗纠纷防范教育强调医方良好的医德与医风,参与志愿服务有利于加强医学生的社会责任感、奉献精神以及对患方在情感上的理解与关爱;医疗纠纷防范教育强调医方必须知法、守法以及合理运用法律武器保护自己,参与志愿服务有益于提升医学生的法律意识与维权意识;医疗纠纷防范教育强调与患方的沟通,参加志愿服务有益于加强医学生的沟通与交流能力。
