中医护理继续教育是中医护理人才培养的重要途经之一。但目前中医护理继续教育的培训内容随意性较大,缺乏系统、规范的课程体系和专门教材;培训形式单一,针对性不强,无法满足不同层次的中医护理人员的培训需求。本文总结了近年来我校中医护理继续教育的理论研究和实践成果,构建了中医护理继续教育一体化四段式课程体系,编写出版了专门教材,形成了护教协同、院校互动的中医护理继续教育模式,以期为中医护理继续教育提供新思路,促进中医护理人才的培养。

Continuing education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing is one of the important ways to cultivate talents of TCM nursing.
