Effects of QingSeLing Granul on the Plasma Neuropeptide of Patients with Melasma

目的探讨清色灵，中剂的疗效机理，为临床应用提供科学依据。方法150例黄褐斑患者随机分为实验组、中药对照组和西药对照组，分别服用清色灵冲剂、百消丹和维生素E加维生素C（VitEC）治疗1个疗程，用RIA法检测患者治疗前后的血浆神经肽P物质（SP）和血管活性肠肽（VIP）的含量。结果清色灵冲剂能降低SP、VIP含量，并明显优于通用的百消丹和VitEC。结论清色灵冲剂能下调血浆神经肽SP、VIP水平，这可能是其重要的疗效机理。

Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of QingSeLing （QSLG） on melasma, and to provide scientific basis for clinical application of QSLG. Methods 150 cases with melasma were divided randomly into the test group treated with QSLG and the control group treated with BXD and the control group treated with Vitamine E and Vitamine C.
