　　目的 探讨瘦素、胰岛素抵抗指数与肥胖2型糖尿病中医证候的相关性,为肥胖2型糖尿病的中医诊断标准和评价体系提供参考.方法 收集符合纳入标准的痰热互结证和肝肾阴虚证肥胖2型患者,每组各30例；选取30例健康体检者作为正常对照组,检测入组人员测量两组患者的身高、体重、腰围,检测血清瘦素水平、空腹血糖水平、空腹血浆胰岛素水平.计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、体质量系数,分析血清瘦素、胰岛素与痰热互结证和肝肾阴虚证的相关性.结果 肥胖2型糖尿病患者组内各证型血清瘦素、胰岛素抵抗指数较正常组均明显升高(P＜0.01)；痰热互结组血清瘦素、胰岛素抵抗指数较肝肾阴虚组均明显升高(P＜0.0...
