单学科的人才培养模式导致人才在知识结构上存在重大缺陷。在"一带一路"战略下,中医药高等院校必须深刻把握人才培养的跨学科要求,革新人才培养机制,拓宽人才培养口径,打破学科壁垒,探索构建中医药海外推广***商务人才的跨学科协同培养平台。并以平台为落脚点,进行跨学科复合型的中医药海外推广商务课程、教材及师资队伍的建设和改革。通过资源的合理配置,选拔优秀人才进行跨学科式的培养,为中医药海外推广储备充足的***商务人才。

The single -disciplinary mode of talent development in higher education has caused serious flaws in students′knowledge structure.
