目的 观察舒胃汤对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠c-Kit阳性Cajal间质细胞(ICC)、P物质(SP)表达的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制.方法 除空白组外,采用不规则喂养配合夹尾刺激法制作大鼠FD模型,随机分成模型组、舒胃汤高剂量组、舒胃汤低剂量组、多潘立酮组、木香顺气组,连续给予相应药物14 d后,放射免疫法检测血浆SP水平,免疫组化法检测c-Kit阳性ICC表达,以酚红法观察胃排空率.结果 与空白组比较,模型组胃排空和胃窦c-Kit阳性ICC表达、血浆SP水平显著降低(均P

Objective To observe the effects of Shuweitang on the positive expression of interstitial cells of Cajal （ICC） and substance P （SP） in functional dyspepsia （FD） rats, and explore its mechanism. Methods FD model rats made by irregularly feeding food and clip tail stimulation method were divided randomly into 6 groups： blank group, model group, high and low dosages of Shuweitang group, domperidone tablets group and Muxiangshunqi group.
