目的从分子水平探讨寿胎丸安胎的作用机制。方法 CBA/J×BALB/C建立正常妊娠模型,CBA/J×DBA/2建立复发性流产模型,将复发性流产模型CBA/J×DBA/2孕鼠按怀孕先后顺序随机分为模型组和寿胎丸高、中、低剂量组,从妊娠第1日开始灌胃给药,至孕14 d处死小鼠,采用免疫组化方法检测差异蛋白质热休克蛋白27、α-烯醇化酶、转铁蛋白、膜联蛋白A2蛋白表达。结果与正常组比较,模型组子宫蜕膜热休克蛋白27、α-烯醇化酶表达明显升高,转铁蛋白、膜联蛋白A2表达明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To explore the mechanism action of Shoutai Pill in the embryo from the molecular level. Methods The model of normal pregnancy was established with the model of recurrent abortion CBA/J ×DBA/2. The recurrent abortion model CBA/J×DBA/2 in pregnant mice were randomly divided into model group, high-, medium-, low-dose group of Shoutai Pill.
