目的对不同剂量理中汤超微配方颗粒与传统饮片治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效进行比较研究。方法将60例符合中医脾胃虚寒证诊断标准的胃脘痛患者随机分为传统汤剂组、1/3剂量组和1/5剂量组,分别予传统理中汤饮片制剂、1/3剂量的超微配方颗粒和1/5剂量的超微配方颗粒。比较分析3组用药1个疗程后的临床疗效。结果3组在年龄、病程、治疗前证候积分、胃脘痛疾病疗效和证候疗效方面,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组均能降低胃脘痛的严重程度、频率和持续时间,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of different doses of ultrafine extracted granule preparation (EGP) and traditional herbal decoction (THD) of Li Zhong Tang in treatment of epigastric pain.
