目的观察超微铁皮石斛对脾虚便秘小鼠血常规的影响,以期揭示超微铁皮石斛对脾虚便秘的疗效作用机理。方法通过灌胃番泻叶水煎液7 d,控制饮食、饥饱失常8 d 建立小鼠脾虚便秘模型,造模成功后,灌胃给药铁皮石斛传统汤药和50%量超微汤药,治疗7 d,以灌胃等量无菌水的正常组和模型组做对照。眼球采血,用CA-500血液自动分析仪进行检测,观察其对血常规的影响。结果经铁皮石斛治疗后,血小板数量和比容显著高于正常组(P

Objective To investigate the influence of ultramicro powder Dendrobium officinale on the blood routine in mice with spleen-deficiency constipation, and explore the mechanism of its efficacy.
