目的观察疏肝活血中药对骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)移植心肌缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)大鼠心功能和心肌病理形态的影响,探讨其对心肌保护的作用机制。方法采用结扎冠关动脉方法制备心肌IRI模型。SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、IRI组、BMSCs组和疏肝活血中药+BMSCs联合组(联合组),联合组予以疏肝活血中药灌胃,其余各组灌胃等量生理盐水。4周后,光镜下观察心肌病理形态,超声心动图检测心功能。结果与BMSCs组比较,联合组心功能明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To observe the effects of intervention of soothing liver and activating blood Chinese medicine on cardiac function and myocardial pathologic morphology of BMSCs transplanting on myocardial IRI of rats, and investigate its myocardial protection mechanism.
